We stock and carry all parts to service and repair all Trace loaders, drives, DL-3000 labelers, DC-600 Collators, YE-Data Drives, ST 223, 6000, 7500 & 8000 copy drives. 95% of repairs are completed and shipped out the same day they are received. Most repairs are done on time & material and a free estimate will be provided prior to starting repairs.

Parts Kit (3.5" Loader) $195.00 (Includes Orange Drive Belt, 4
Rollers (Tygon Tubing), 8 Bearings, 10 Black O-Rings, 4 Shaft Pulley).
Trace Loader Tune-up $425.00 (includes labor & basic parts
(belts, pulleys, rollers, o-rings, etc.).
Major parts (ie., Crankwheel Motor) are additional.
Trace ST 223/6000
Base Drive Replacement $425.00
Base Drive Replacements include:
- Old Base Drive is removed and replaced with a Brand New Base Drive.
- New Base Drive is tuned to the drive electronics board: Includes
optimizing Read/Write Asymmetry, Window Margin, Index-to-data, Amplitude, and
Drive Alignment.
- Drive comes with a Data Test sheet that shows all test parameter values and
drive must pass all tests.
Data Sheet Test Example.
- Drive Life Counter is reset to 0 and then as a final test the drive must
duplicate 25 disks without any failures and a maximum of 3 retries total for
all 25 copies.
- New Base drive includes a 1 Year or 20,000 Copy Warranty, whichever comes
first.
